Evidence Based Coaching · Coach Reece

The results you're chasing are in the work you're avoiding.

I work alongside you to put that work in properly, so you get the results you already know you're capable of.

The Transformation

This is where I started.

My confidence was nonexistent and I was extremely unhappy. I started over more times than I can count, always at 3am, always from a low point. I was starving myself because nobody had taught me any better. Every attempt that failed felt like proof of something about me. It wasn't. I'm not telling you that from a textbook. I've lived every stage of it.

Before

The starting point

No standards, no system, and no idea what I was doing. This is the honest baseline most coaches would rather not show you.

After

The proof

Same person. I'm in the best shape of my life, I've built true confidence, and I found purpose. It came from a method, not from motivation.

The physique is the goal. The man you become getting there is priceless.

The System

The Protocol

This isn't a program you download and repeat until it stops working. It's four phases that change as you do. Each one shows us something. The next one acts on it.

Phase 01

Foundation

We set the baseline. Training structure, nutrition targets, tracking. This phase shows us where you're actually starting from, which is almost never where you think you are.

Phase 02

Adaptation

The plan changes based on your real data. Your body adapts, so the process does too. This phase shows us what your life needs the plan to bend around. Then we bend it.

Phase 03

Refinement

The detail work. Weak points, plateaus, the things most people never get to because nothing ever gave them a reason to stay this long. This phase finds what's actually holding you back.

Phase 04

Mastery

You stop needing me because you understand it well enough to run it yourself. Yours for life. This is where a diet stops being a diet and just becomes how you live.

Each phase exists because of what the last one showed us.

What You Walk Away With

The physique is real. So is the man who built it.

The visible half

The body you've pictured for years

Not a softened version of it, and not someone else's. The physique you've had in your head every time you've started over. Built properly this time, so it's still there in five years without you white knuckling it.

The half that lasts

Confidence you can't be talked out of

Real confidence isn't something you decide to feel. It's your reputation with yourself. And reputation is built the only way it ever gets built: you say you'll do something, then you do it, over and over, until your own word means something to you again.

Wk 01

You set a small goal you're genuinely capable of. You hit it.

Wk 08

You've hit enough of them that showing up stops requiring a decision.

Wk 20

You catch yourself doing the hard thing on a day you'd normally have skipped.

Then

You stop needing to convince anyone, including yourself. The evidence is on your body and in your history.

Every promise you keep to yourself is another entry in the file. Enough of them and you're no longer a man who says he's going to. You're a man with a record of it, and a physique that makes the case before you open your mouth.

Free Guide

You don't have to wait for a spot. Start now.

Everything you need to build a program that actually works. Progression, exercise selection, the principles underneath them, and how muscle is really built. Not one rigid plan to copy. The understanding to write your own, and to know why every part of it is there.

Taking five at a time is a limit on my time, not on how many people I want to help. So I've written the same foundations I coach from down here, free, whether we start working together next month or further down the track.

Yours in about ten seconds.

The Proof

Physiques change. So do the men underneath them.

"The hardest part was taking the first step."

When I signed up to Coach Reece's program I didn't realise just how beneficial it would be. Reece has helped me in all aspects of life, not just gym, providing motivation and support so that I have the foundational knowledge and understanding to achieve my goals. Having structure and being held accountable gave me the kick I needed to get my life in order, starting with establishing routine and working progressively on things like diet and lifting. I've not only begun forging a physique to be proud of, but my mental health and general wellbeing have improved significantly. Honestly, the hardest part was taking the first step.

"Reece is more than your regular PT."

Reece is more than your regular PT. It's permanent motivation, it's consistent accountability and training suited to you. My favourite part of the service is the tailor made program. I have a bad knee and struggle to do a lot of exercises, but this did not matter. Reece made sure he could make a program that would not only not aggravate my knee but actually strengthen it in the process. I will suggest Reece to anyone. He is more than a PT.

About Reece

I used to take detentions rather than take my shirt off.

Growing up I was an expert at not being noticed. Specific clothes, picked purely for how they hung. A vest under my school uniform every single day so I never had to get changed for PE. I took the detentions. Every time. That was easier than being seen.

I started over more times than I can count. Always from a low point. Always at 3am. The motivation would last days, sometimes weeks. Then the hunger would break me, because I was completely uneducated and just starving myself. Every failed attempt felt like more proof that I was someone who didn't follow through.

Eventually staying the same hurt more than changing. So I lost the weight. But I learnt the wrong lesson from it. Hunger became my signal that it was working. Suffering meant progress. I went from one broken relationship with my body straight into another without realising.

The method was always the problem. Never the person. Starving isn't a plan. Motivation isn't a system. Suffering isn't progress. I've lived every version of getting this wrong, and that's exactly why I coach the way I do now.

I walked away from university, saying goodbye to a guaranteed stable income. I walked away from real estate, where I'd shown real promise. I had everything at my fingertips but something just felt off. So I gave up being who I thought people wanted, to become who I wanted to be. I'd rather bet everything on myself and find out than spend the rest of my life wondering.

I've learnt how much we are capable of. The opportunities for us are genuinely limitless, but it's all up to us. I'm so passionate about this because I know what it's done for me, and I want nothing more than to help you find it too.

1:1 Coaching · Five Places At A Time

I want to help as many people as I can. That's exactly why I take five at a time.

I know what this journey did for me, and I want that for as many people as possible. But there's a standard I'm willing to put my name to, and I can only give it to so many men at once. Take on more and everyone gets a worse version of it, including the ones already here. So it's five at a time. When the intake is full, applications stay open and you go on the list for the next place that comes up.

I love this because it's the closest thing to who I actually am. Helping people is what I'm here for, and this is the way I understand best how to do it.

It also means I'll tell you the truth, even when it isn't the comfortable version. When you tell me why something didn't happen, I'll take it seriously, because usually it's a real reason. Then we find the way around it together. That's not me being hard on you. That's me taking you seriously.

The steeper the hill, the better the view.

Bet on yourself and find out rather than spend your life wondering.

You've never lacked the effort. You've just never had a method built around your actual life. I want nothing more than to help you find this too.
